70s Dress - A Cool 70s Dress with 20 textures/presets and SIM.

An open sleeve 70s Dress with 20 Texture Options/Presets. The dress has a custom SIM that allows the sleeves to move as they would in real life. See it in action below with this Cool 70s dance:
