A 3Dio I made a while back, keep wanting to improve it but hardly find the time. release as it
collider added mesh on the ear and round disc, collide with the skin but not tongue iirc.

It is mostly relaxing but there are some ASMR-Artists that go in a more sexy way. Example here

Personally I do not like ASMR to be this sexualized. I put it in Virt-A-Mate to relax and not to fap.
