Hi there as written in the title the music is not included due to copyright reasons. You need to add it manually.
Oh excuse me I didn't even see it, sorry. Thanks for the answer, I'll look at how to add some via a tutorial. Too bad I have to do that, download and play is so much better but I understand.

No Problem, I added a quick guide for adding music to the scene. Its further down in the description of this post.

Yes, thanks I saw and I just used it it works very well. But is it possible to then overwrite the scene to save the music inside and not have to start again?

Sure you can save the scene by clicking the red folder icon in the VAM menu bar.

.var files are just the compact versions to share with others. It takes all the files from your vam directory and puts everything together for easy sharing. For personal use I'd recommend using normal scenes.

May I inquire if it is feasible to incorporate scene music from a YouTube video by downloading and converting it into an MP3 format, and then packaging it within a scenario description where the reference would be the URL of the YouTube video?

This is exactly what I ended up doing after saving the modified scene. It's possible, I followed a tutorial https://hub.virtamate.com/resources/how-to-create-a-var-file.5565/ and added this "modified" scene as well as the sound file and the original var custom files. I'm not sure if it was done "properly" but in any case it works. So I replaced the var without the sound.

@PrimeMocap, you say that the non-var version is better but that's true of scenes that we only customize I think, I'm not a creator so I only have var files.
Your work is really very good. I also love your avatar (the left part ;-) ), is it a PrimeMocap look?

Still would be copyright infringement when I don't have the permission to distribute the audio file. I wish we could include the music file but sadly this would be a fellony :(

Well if you only want .var files for easier file management then sure this is an option :)

The girl on the left side is the look we used in this scene (petite version).

I have come across this problem and don't know how to solve it. If the scene doesn't have music, it's really frustrating.

Without sound indeed it will frustrate many, it's a shame because you are really an excellent creator. Free quality content encourages subscriptions and with this problem of copyright and "sample" scene I hope people will not see bad content and will take the time to read and put an audio file.
Content without sound eliminates this problem, like "stretching routine" by cuddleMocap or "VamTwister" by VamTimbo. Or royalty free like your excellent "Girlfriend Dance"

We can possibly overwrite the rock-it-coma-media.mp3 audio file with the correct one while keeping the same name and thus the var is directly correct.
Why do many creators use well-known music and others pay attention to copyright?
PrimeMocap goes into detail and is very professional in its work, that's what I like
