Scene Animation

Scene Animation refers specifically to animations on Person Atom Controls or Atom Controls captured within your scene or driven by the scene animation timeline.

This is separate from the Built-In animations available on the Person Atom, any script driven animations like AcidbubblesTimeline or plugin driven BVH animations.

As a rule of thumb, any elements or animations in your scene that are being run by the play controls from this panel will be affected by changing settings within the Scene Animation panel and tabs.

This timeline interface is common to all three Scene Animation sub panels. “Control", “Edit” and “Triggers”.

You can also control playback, pause and reset from the Base UI. For this to be active you must first either record an motion capture animation or set a Desired Length on the “Edit” sub tab.

”Start Playback” Click this to start playback of your scene animation. This function is also controlled by the play button on the Base UI.

”Stop Playback” Stops or pauses the playback of the current scene animation. The Pause Button on the Base UI accomplishes the same thing.

”Animation Current Position (in seconds)” This is the timeline of your current scene animation. By default this is zero seconds.
You will need to either record a motion capture animation or set a desired length in the Edit submenu to add length to this.
You can scrub through the animation by grabbing the timeline marker.
