First time trying to recreate looks, thought I'd give it a shot.

Six piece outfit with stocking, panties, skirts, shirt, vest and armbands. Gold is set to spec so you can alter the colors without borking the gold stars. Skirt is full sim, vest has some sim on it.

Now saved as a scene. I didn't find the cool undercut hair from the 2013 era in the Hub, but the pixie cut fits too, like in 2014. You can put on whatever hair you want though.
