problems

I was fine using VAM until I created a scene and a white cilinder appear when i put a plug in, couldnt take it away from the first scene but its showing now in any look that I open. Anyone have an Idea why this is happening? Thanks in advance for the help! See the picture below

I am a complete noob and I often find it complicated to use high heels in the animations. The attached video is an example. I change the feet angle but when I start the animation the high heel jumps back into that original weird (and very unsexy) position. What am I missing? Are there any...
