Simple to use
Add a CustomUnityAsset atom.
Select Duvet.assetbundle.
Choose the Duvet asset.
Drop it above the bed or character.
Grab and move it with the mouse.
The in-scene control panel lets you:
enable or disable grabbing,
reset the simulation,
change the duvet width,
change the duvet...

I created this simple bedroom environment in Blender a while ago.
For the textures, I used some CC0-licensed materials. The skybox uses an HDR from Polyhaven.
The texture for the plant's leaves is based on one of my own photographs.
