I tried that once and it was good but interactive water plugin is the most realistic and adjustable water in vam by a long way. I know it is paid for the full adjustability but for £13 for all his plugins, it is well worth it.

I'm not sure exactly how much/what kind of FB tracking is happening tbh but the meta quest 3 is still the best headset for your budget and does have finger tracking and pretty good AR now. I am also interested to know about privacy concerns with quest 3 myself though.

You need to enable head collision in the user preferences - VR 1 tab.

Might be helpful to see a screenshot of this.

Look in the physics tab of each animated node and increase the position hold and rotation hold values. Increasing these values will make the body parts follow their nodes allot better. I often change these values for animations that have a lot of node movement but little body movement to match.

Look up JayJayWon UI Assist if you don't know about it already, trust me on this. One click for loading saved animations and poses are only the tip of the iceberg with this plugin. Also browser assist makes navigating vam a lot easier that comes with a lot of features of its own.
