it can be done, you just parent the sphere to the hand, move the hand in timeline and trigger the sphere on and off at the right moments...it's kind of an art, but it does work

If by wiggling, you mean the behavior of physics and collision, check out the collider editor plug-in on the hub by @Acid Bubbles . If you mean how it spreads, then ignore that suggestion

Since nobody replied, trial and error is how I've been doing it. I use the collider editor, disable all the colliders for the area and then start adding some back in and observing to see if I'm getting the desired effect. With all the colliders off, it'll just pass through like a ghost pretty...
