Can you let us know what resource you were trying to "scan hub for missing packages" for?
That may help. I was just successfully able to download those vars through the in-game hub browser. Could you send me a DM with a link to the actual var you are using to "scan hub for missing packages"?
After reviewing your file, I discovered that your file is using vamX.Base as a dependency. This is not the base VaM install, but is actually the paid content called vamX, which is where I believe we were having a miscommunication. Your Var cannot be hub hosted if it uses vamX as a dependency...
There can be many reasons a resource might automatically need moderator approval. If you feel that the process is taking too long please reach out to our staff directly. You can find a staff listing here.
A dependency that is part of the base vam install should not cause your content to fail the hub-hosted test. Could you provide me with the specific resource you were having trouble with?
Just post in hub feedback- there is a known issues sticky thread. Notifications are being sent erroneously when a resource has an external link and we're looking into it.
The issue appears to be that your "description" in the var package is too long. I will see if we can add some additional error messages to let users know about issues like this when the file is uploaded to the Hub.

To clarify what @SlimerJSpud said, the "pay type" filter may be an in-game browser issue which may not get priority attention because if so, it would require an update to VaM 1.x. However, if it is an issue that can be fixed without a VaM update, it will be fixed.
