Hi Guest!
Please be aware that we have released a critical security patch for VaM. We strongly recommend updating to version 1.22.0.7 using the VaM_Updater found in your installation folder.
Details about the security patch can be found here.
I think I read somewhere there's an exception for sci-fi/fantasy themed things. Don't see how it's an issue unless were considering the possibility that people interested in this will gain the ability to manipulate time and space somehow.
Lookalike of either a very young famous singer/song writer, or if she got a biopic, a lookalike of the actress that would be the perfect casting of her.
Clothing item based on Heather Mason's vest from Silent Hill 3. I was looking for a long time and couldn't find an existing winter vest on the hub that I liked until I stumbled upon the one from VamTastic's Cheryl H Mason Outift. Since that vest only came with the turtle neck underneath, I...
It's unlikely it'll work with anything older than 1.22.0.3, but you can always try if you don't mind the security risk. Just make a backup of the "Assembly-CSharp.dll" file in the "VaM_Data\Managed\" folder in case it doesn't.
Did you happen to download the unofficial performance patch below at some point? After the recent security patch(s) it's become obsolete. I know it was reducing load times massively for me at least, so I can imagine the whiplash of going back to vanilla VaM performance...
Hi @ParticlePinnacle, it seems like only the older versions of your plugin are working correctly. I checked and it looks likes the call to OnAtomSelected that existed for the old dropdown menu is missing for the new scrollable selection.
Can't find any resource but found a possible lead. There's a screenshot from AXnop.732's Animated people plugin that looks a lot like your image. If they're still active maybe you can ask them where they got it?

I noticed on the modified main menu with vamX button that this girl is shown in the bottom right of the image. Unfortunately I haven't found any other leads from there. Thought she would've been one of the vamX default looks at least but couldn't find one. It might just be a randomized look...
This might help but I don't think just textures will be enough.

You'll probably have to play around with the Skin Material 1 & 2 settings. Also maybe try a custom shader plugin like the one below...
Wow, it completely slipped my mind that this could be used for lighting. I was only thinking about cameras for some reason. :ROFLMAO:
Edit: Looks like a better plugin already exists now that I looked for ones related to lights. 😅

Clownmug submitted a new resource:
Rotate To Target - A simple plugin that makes an atom continuously rotate to face a designated target.

I couldn't find a plugin close enough to this so I decided to make one. This plugin is based on Spacedog's Rotate to camera and noone77521's AlignHelper but instead of only rotating an atom to face the main camera it lets you designate a target.
Like Rotate to camera there's a toggle for...
I don't think anyone's done a plugin for that. As far as I know most people use apps outside VaM, then add the voice lines to Scene Audio and play from the character's HeadAudioSource with a trigger.
Here's an example guide using Microsoft Azure...
Yeah. there's a toggle for that. Look for the "Show Inactive Targets" button or go to User Preferences and uncheck ”Hide Targets That Are In Off State”.
