do i need trackers or can there be plugins that just let my character walk when i move around? -

I know that I can posses one but am unable to move around normally in it as some parts are anchored down. Is there any way to make it so as you are walking normally and have full control over a male body? -

How would you make your own appearance pre set because I can't find it in the video unless I'm missing it, Thanks for the help. -

I downloaded some looks on the VAM hub but I cant seem to find them when I look in the select existing like the tutorial says. Am I missing something?
