Umhhh! that maybe the clearing color. So yeah you can consider it to be "normal", but I could fix that probably. You could use the white room if you want or you could use VAMStory which features a colored box tool. Both allows to wrap the scene with a colored box you can tweak. -

You just need to load them once, then hard reset and then reload. If it can't reload properly can you provide your specs and/or your plugins versions? -
