    Question Can't edit mocap. No move gizmo.

    Just posting here for posterity. This was confusing to me, took a while to figure out. You have to toggle targets ( press T), then select "Start offset mode" in the Timeline bulk edit screen, then click on the target you want to move, move it, then hit "Apply offset" for it to take.
