    Screen streaming VAM is no different than streaming anything else running on the computer. Use google for this kind of question.

    A CC license applies to the use of the resource, be it the VAM scene, a recording or pictures of the scene, or anything else in the VAR. As CC BY all they need is to credit you, which it seems they are, so they're following the license terms you chose. Why the problem with this?
