Watto, I can't for the life of me find the other colour options for any of your hairs ? There's nothing coming up when pressing the "select existing" button in the preset/custom tab of the hair.

Select hair from the "Hair" tab, not "Hair Presets" tab. Click "Customization", then "Select existing".
