The you may need to adjust the positioning / size of the gag in the clothing item's "Static clothing" plugin if you have fitting issues with your models. Also adjusting the model's jaw / head morphs can give an even snugger fit. It's built to fit VAM's default model, and sizes with other models, but due to the encompassing nature of the item it can need some easy to make adjustments.
