Clothing as hair with wet texture layering options.
To add them to your model go to the Clothing tab and search for "hairstyle" or "super wet hairstyle".
Note: When you find a combination you like, save it as a Clothing Preset, not as a Hair Preset. This is Clothing as Hair.
Whenever you see an A after the number (1A 1, 1A 2) that means it is the hair.
Whenever you see a B after the number (1B 1, 1B 2) those are the wet texture options.
A lot of Preset options are included. Click on Customize / Preset tab / Select Existing / All Flattened to view any additional preset options.
Hairstyle Layering
On Hairstyle 1 you can layer the hair colors before adding wet textures. You can select a preset from 1A 1 and then another color preset from 1A 2. Layering can make the hair look thicker or add some highlights. Layering is completely optional and the wet textures will work without layering.
For example, you could choose a combination like:
Layer + Layer or
Hair + Layer 2 (transparent)
Layer preset options are all offset (slightly raised/lowered off the scalp) to blend better with the Hair or Layer 1 on the other selection.
You can choose any combination as a starting point and then modify the layer color further. For example I modify this to be a Green Layer with Blonde Hair and add Wet textures to it. This can look good for a Fantasy type scene if you add matching colored eye brows and lips.

Note: On the ponytail the wet texture can get misaligned with a lot of movement. I'm looking into possible solutions for that. Depending on your scene you might look at turning off the wet texture on the ponytail or try adjusting the settings on it to see if you find something that works for you.
A very special thanks to the following who none of this would be possible without. Thank you!!!
