Colliders fixed!

Colliders for hidden limbs have been fixed (or so I hope)!
Thanks to @busyguy247 for letting me know that @Acid Bubbles had made another impressive plugin.

Delivery crate & some cleanup

A delivery crate has been added to the mix. It comes with an AnimationPattern that you can trigger to open the crate.
There were some details in the subscenes that needed to be fixed (such as hiding all atoms that shouldn't be movable), so I also did some cleanup.
