Scenes Street Fun Remix

I had planned on doing another 10 animations before the next release but because the POV button was broken in the last update I decided to get this out sooner which means only 3 new somewhat WIP animations for now.

I have added 14 new animations and possibly modified some of the older ones (these new ones are still relatively simple and might get updated later).
Updated lighting to hopefully use fewer lights at once (I'll add some light options through ui buttons in next update).
Updated spawn point mechanic to be work like in the newer scenes (now every animation has one).
Added selected animation indicator (this was the main reason for update).
POV fixed when changing animations while in POV mode.
Updated to use @CheesyFX 's body language instead of vammoan.
Added UI toggles for the post magic effects active.
Recolored most of the ui buttons so they hopefully don't break immersion as much.

Added UI toggles for rain per @Pistolao 's suggestion.

There might be a few other things I want to tweak but won't have time to get to those for a few days.
