- fixed foot rotation being applied forcefully even if it's corresponding foot toggle is disabled.

- Fixed heel foot pose not being reset if person atom was removed from scene, which led to the foot pose persisting in newly loaded person atoms.
- Fixed colliders not scaling properly with person atom scale. As requested by @qdaro

- Added "Combined Angle" slider that rotates both toes & feet joints to adjust feet & toes position in bulk.
- Added mouse interaction system to position & rotate foot & toe colliders directly with mouse.
- Added Logic to apply Foot & Toe Rotation targets every frame, Which comes in handy for overriding timeline animations that have joint drive keyframes or pose changes.
- Fixed popup menu drawing below the UI elements below it. (Person Plugin variant)

- fixed a bug that kept the plugin running even when quiting scene & loading another one which doesn't have the plugin loaded in.
(it now has a more robust clean up logic from both OnDisable / OnDestroy which we're the issue in previous versions)

- Now the foot & toes rotations update whenever you change poses, whether in timeline or applying new pose, even reseting to default pose
- Should now allow adding heels to any animation without having to change & overwrite all the poses one by one in timeline
- This v2 is compatible with previous v1, i have tested it with no issues
