I found an error on the model. The vagina seems to have some major collision errors and does not seem very integral when used.

I'll try and increase the size in my next update to hopefully make it easier to use. As for the colliders, it is an unfortunate side effect of using such a "dramatic" morph. I would suggest using the Collider Editor to help resolve it.
