Re-textured the stairs

Wasn't happy with the stairs textures with them being lo res so
Re-textured the stairs by making a new UV layout and floor.

collisions and position

Sorry about this, forgot to add the collisions .
i have scaled it down, maybe still a bit off and positioned the asset
for characters when loaded to be central of the floor.
