Slight Tweaks to selectable Atom/Node options and a bug fix.

1 - You can now select any atom and sub-atom/node, no matter what atom you place this on. And the same for the reference atom.
2 - Bug fix for when "use Relative Speed" option was checked and unchecked. Plugin should now continue working. (Thanks @Rezz for finding it.
