We are excited to announce a new feature on the Hub: Favorites!
You can now add resources to your favorites, and organize your favorites into collections!
You can check out the details in our official announcement!
Just couple of small improvements in this version:
Toggle buttons to select/deselect all items in the track settings. See below:
Automatic mapping in library import (tries to find matching atom to mapping selections so the user doesn't have to select). It's bit faster to import if there is only one or two person atoms in the scene. Example below, these were automatically added when opening the import dialog:
include all atoms for snapshots. Making it possible to animate every atom. Select the atom in the snapshot settings menu to include it into snapshot.
Created some basic loop animations in the library. Provided as separate var file so it can be updated separately. Just copy the McKlinton.AnimPack.1.var to Addon folder and SnapshotAnimator should load the animations to the library.
Fixed issue with animating triggers in multiple tracks.
Improvements in UI
Dark color theme
Button trigger area fixed
Close buttons for panels the user can open
Implemented timeline zoom and scroll. Now mouse wheel can be used for zooming.
Tick marks to visualize the current zoom level.
Scrolling implemented by adding a drag feature. Click and hold on the track area and drag to scroll left and right.
For content creators: Possibility to transfer animations to free plugin (Mcklinton Anim Player). Will be published as a separate free plugin. Exporting is now possible by using "Bake for Anim Player" button in Snapshot Animator plugin UI.
Library paging when all the library animations can't fit in one page. (Also supports directories, but not yet possible to manage on UI. You can also organize library item files in the Windows file explorer in folder ./Custom/PluginData/McKlinton/library. Directories under library should be shown as folders in the SnapshotAnimator UI.
Animation library for re-using animations in other scenes. Simple make an animation and add it to the library and it will available throughout the different scene files. When importing, choose target person to retarget. Please note that animation might not look the same when using different characters (especially if the persons have different heights than in animation).
Animating player viewport camera and triggers in timeline. Check the "controls" menu in timeline to toggle on/off.
Optimizations when using timeline. Works now much faster.
Ps. I dropped zoom and scroll from this release, it is bit more complex than I thought. Maybe will make it in the next version.
