Adjustments to clothing

This is a minor update to fix some clothing issues. I removed the ankle chains, as they were hidden by the heels. I disabled sim on the bangles, and the necklace. The FPS issue I noted was caused by the bangles, which don't need sim. I tested her in a couple of dance scenes. I added the Harli heels, but in some dance scenes, these need to be off.
