Plugins + Scripts SmartDildo Axis-Constraint & Positioning Tool

- Fixed several issues related to the tracking of the dildo
- Added two values to the UI (Push Factor and Pull Factor) which control when the dildo follows or gets pushed away. Useful in case movements are too wild
- Removed unused code which was not relevant for the purpose of this plugin

Fixed several issues which made the deadzone behaviour not working as intended.
