EA lapse

i kindof decided on releasing this after i finished up the latest version

stuff as follows:

Merged the decals to not be dependent on chokalphi's decal merger thing

New feature, colliders now stay anchored, provided you hit the reset button until the models stop moving :( there's no other way around it, the colliders don't neccesarily stay anchored through rough treatment
