only issue im having is when trying to load serana into other scenes her eyes are invisible and wont load any idea how to fix this issue?

It's because her eyes use the emission plugin, which breaks when loading the look. You need to follow the steps described here: https://hub.virtamate.com/resources/serana-skyrim.6801/ , or you can just remove the plugin and the eye reflections clothing from the look and adjust the eyes how you like them, but then they won't be glowing.
