We have posted a new VaM2 dev log on Patreon, starting a monthly cadence of written progress updates between Beta releases. Highlights include the new Gizmos System, Selection Carousel, and Modes System with Context-Specific Editing. Beta1.2 is 15 of 21 items complete.

This update makes the following changes:
- Adds set 9 and 10 particle effects that are slower, random releases of a smaller number of cherry blossom petals
-- These options add a more realistic, slower rate of cherry blossoms falling over time
- Adds set 11, 12 and 13 particle effects which generate a large number of cherry blossoms falling in wild, fantasy patterns
- Adds "sakura demo 2" as a quick preview of one of the slower release effects and two of the fast release effects
