Oh yeah! Incidentally, I spent more time on my legs than the rest of my body. While I was growing my hamstrings, I couldn't maintain the attachment meshwork to my glutes. The solution was simple: I simply lengthened my legs, and the meshwork would align symmetrically with the muscle growth.
