decreased the native word light intensity from 0.10 to 0
lowering the traffic buttons on scene #2 to be more discoverable
re-linking the street asset to new one, the previous owner is no longer online so i re-uploaded their asset with permission from vamhub moderators. (i don't know if i have to re-link, since the file have the same name, but i'll do it for safety anyway)
