update v3

- New optimized style, shape & mesh topology.
- 4 new material types including new holographic shader (check main hub page for demos)
- Support for VaM's scene camera exposure parameter & all types of lights.

version 2

- Updated to use CUAClothingAlt.2 plugin, it now uses Bone parenting without frame lag.
- Bone parenting now allows for static like behaviour of heels, won't misalign with morphs unlike v1 which used skin vertex parenting + no more fps drops.
- Updated to use the modified shoe_helper4.3 plugin version, should fix a lot of bugs that were in the original.
- Grouped both left & right heels in one clothing item for convenience, total of 3 instead of 6 now, straps are still separate to mix & match.
