Animations, lighting, and music

Added several new footjob animations (much better, I think!), improved lighting, and added some background music.

Updated Look

Updating Claire's look with some nail polish and qdaro's excellent Piercings!

I had tried to put these in the first version, but had severe physics explosion issues. After debugging them, I can add them back in as originally intended.
Hope there aren't any serious physics bugs - do let me know if you encounter any!
