Adding the "Use MMD or Custom Camera" option

By adding the "Use MMD or Custom Camera" option, you can disable the MPAC's multi-person autofocus feature without enabling lens panning. This allows you to directly use the camera files from MMD and activate multi-person autofocus at the same time.
