I didn't quite understand the question. The plugin improves the default controls in desktop mode, making it easier to select and move Atom controllers. In this mode, the camera is always in first-person. If you're referring to personpossession and you're using VR, that's a completely different matter. It's better to ask about the plugin and its functionality in discussion or private message.

I hope they will make default mouse control better, but if not, someone should remake it again)

I'm not sure about guide video because you need to add this plugin as session plugin and it just works. It could be very short video. On plugin's page you can read what's it for and look at some images and gifs. Plugin itself also has many UI areas with description for every option.
