MMD VMD Player

Paid Plugins MMD VMD Player

MMDEditorPack 5.3.1 corrections:

Fixed that characters don't turn around for many dances.

Fixed that errors loading plugin where there are files/folders in game folder with Unicode names (File names in Chinese/Japanese/Korean, etc.).
MMDEditorPack 5.3.0 update:

Fixed further that character leans backward or forward too much for some dances.

This version features a playlist UI in super mode where you can add multiple folders to list so they will be played in sequence or in loop, you can move up or down folders or remove them from list. You can export and import that play list.

Note: You add MMDPlayer.dll plugin to the scene first and then you need to add SuperMode.dll plugin to the scene. SuperMode.dll plugin is right next to MMDPlayer.dll in the same folder.

MMDEditorPack 5.1.1 corrections:

Optimized the interpolation further to reduce random lags during playing.

Fixed the bug that UI text repeats when baking a dance.

Fixed the bug that starting dance takes long time so rendering worked improperly.
MMDEditorPack 5.1.0 update:

MMDPlayer optimization: reduced random lags during playing.

Interpolation calculation is optimized so random lags during playing are reduced although might still happen at times depending on hardware configuration as well.

RenderToMovie bugfixes:

Fixed the problem that recording scene animation doesn't work unless restarting VaM after MMD Player is loaded once.

Fixed the problem that recording stops quickly in some scenes where there is a very short scene animation.

Fixed the problem that a console popup appears during encoding the video.
MMDEditorPack 5.0.0 update:

BepInEx framework update

All plugins in MMDEditorPack5.x are adapted to BepInEx 5.4.21.0 version that might be potentially more compatible with other plugins which are based on BepInEx.

ffmpeg encoder update

RenderToMovie 5.0.0 integrates the latest ffmpeg encoder and solves compatibility issues with new CPUs.

Encoding options

You can add encoding options as part of ffmpeg command line into the Custom/Scripts/MMDPlayer/encoder/default.txt file. For example, you may add encoding options to use the NVADIA CUDA hardware acceleration. There are a few sample configuration files for your reference in the Custom/Scripts/MMDPlayer/encoder folder:

cuda.txt/dxva2.txt/d3d11va.txt

You can copy the content in these files and put it in the default.txt file to apply the encoding options depending on your hardware.

More details can be found here:

Offline encoding

If your encoding process aborts for whatever reason, a log.txt file is generated in the Custom/Scripts/MMDPlayer/encoder folder, with which you can continue to run the encoding offline. You just need to copy the content in this log.txt file and put it into Windows Command line, the encoding will run without VaM.

Bug-fixes

Fixed the issue that RenderToMovie captures always from the beginning of MMD dance and was not able to capture only part of the dance from the middle.

Fixed the issue that a few command pop-ups appear at the game beginning.

Fixed compatibility issues with Reshade.
MMDEditorPack 4.3.1 corrections:

Optimized the default settings for MMD camera motion in VR mode so the view gets properly zoomed.

RenderToMovie Automatically starts and stops with the scene animation also in non-MMD mode. You just need to add RenderToMovie plugin to scene and press the Record button, it automatically starts scene animation and it automatically stops when the animation reaches its end. Two videos will get exported at the end, one with audio and the other(filename starting with "s" for silent) without.
