Version 2 Belt Loops and fixes

Added belt loops. I wanted to have these originally, but had trouble with them.
If you don't like them I included presets that hide the material for them.

I also fixed the issue for AltFuta default hide female gens setting, so the shorts won't disappear when the sim is enabled. Thanks WeebU.
