Paid Scenes Massage Girl Redux

Finally got around to fixing a bunch of stuff in this scene.

It's one of my favorite but there was some things that were bothering me about it that really slowed down the game play.

Also people were having problems with the massage bed not appearing.

There is a NO DECAL version for people having issues loading the slap decals.

A few of the updates:

• Fixed the speed issues. Got rid of the pump trigger and just went with static and variable speed.
• Changed how the speed is affected by each of their orgasms and any slaps.
• Updated a bunch of the plugins to the newest versions
• Changed how the money shots and messy clothing worked. No slowdowns (except for cream pies)
• Added more girls
• Added some more options to tweak the girl's looks
• Added a new Massage Table
• Deactivated a bunch of touch triggers that may have slowed down the areas outside of the massage.
• Fixed a few animations
• A bunch of other stuff

Hoping to add a bunch more to this.

Pretty Big Update!

• Added a 19 Step Progressive Tease and Foreplay Sequence (over 125 Animations for Her)
• Added a 5 pose 40+ Animation Cowgirl Sequence
• Ability to skip levels in the massage sequence.
• Few other fixes.
