1. Google Tattoo Decals, get image and load it to gimp.
2. Go to "Color to alpha" and get rid of white background.
3. Use "Path tool" to crop out the tattoo (note, when on the last path node press "Ctrl" and mouse click the first node to close the path). then go to menu to select from path and copy image.
4. Load a body texture into gimp that you want to map the tattoo with and paste the tattoo on top (Note: after pasting, hover over new layer, right mouse click over it and select "to new layer").
5. Remove body layer and save tattoo as .PNG file
6. In game go to decal section and then find and load the tattoo texture.
