Amazingly, this room asset actually gives me much higher FPS than using a wood panel and 4 walls, all while looking much better. It also has useful objects and spaces, a big window, and walls that you can see through from outside for easy editing. Basically, this is my go-to for when I need a low-resource space. Very glad you shared this!
