This updates includes:

• a new pregnant body shape
• a handful of fixes/improvements to her skin and clothing presets

Fix for appearance presets having default teeth and tongue visible

• 3 body presets
• 6 hairstyles
• 2 skin presets (light and tanned)
• 3 clothing presets
• a height slider to bring her closer to VAM default height
