Hair fixed & Plugin update

1. Fixed the syntax error that cause the Juri's hair not loading properly in other scenes.
2. Updated the CUA clothing plugin to Stopper’s CUA Clothing Alt by Skynet to eliminate frame lag. Hair and accessories now properly stay attached to the model.
