Assets Hospital updated

Fixed some Objects and Textures, danger voltage door fixed as it was small
the wall having elevator buttons but no elevator , lowered the elevator door size, doors that was missing and cleaned up some textures. it has been a challenge trying to fix the very blurry textures as the the originals were 1024 size and i doubled it to 2048.

Update to the Hospital ; Fixed some textures and objects
doors set closed , built exterior entrance
changed some textures , smoothed some objects eg chair seating and bed sheets
added 3 toilets and taps
changed the doctors file cabinet and added a back to the doctors chair .
