Version 2 (HD)
If you want to stay on the previous version you can drop "EvilBox.prop_gym.1.var" archive in AddonPackages folder to fix lost collisions. It is suitable for both versions of this room.
Fixes:
1. Whole one year has passed and no body reported that I make extra props without collision, why? Now it's fixed!

B. You can hide a baked group of fitness equipment by hit a button, also you can hide wicked tatami on the floor
C. Added GL lighting from my custom skybox (old reflection probes are removed)
