Improved textures + presets

Thanks to user Lifson who alerted me to a texture error which caused some color banding of the skin.
So I improved the textures. I also fixed some small dependency mistakes (the brow piercing was included in both the base clothes + the look package) and I fixed some appearance presets mistakes as well.

Here is a screenshot for the improved textures.
Left is the old one, right is the new one.

Dependencies Fix

I removed the appearance presets from the package that used paid clothing items, since this prevents the look to be shown in the free section of the in-game hub.
