Removed genital decals

Removed custom genital decals and normals since they were made tweaking CC-BY-NC-SA content and id like to keep my resources CCBY if possible.

Updated dependencies

Changed and unified eyes reflections and shadows used across presets, removed some inconsequential morphs, lowered dependencies count
