Size Reduction and small hotfix

  1. Swapped the ambience audio from .wav to .mp3 because the difference is nowhere near worth 700MB
  2. Fixed one of the traffic cars animations from never playing because I forgot to set it to play on load
Be sure to delete "TrillWill.Graceful_Break.1.var" from your "AddonPackages" folder!!!!!
