The Transformation is impressive to say the least. The POV could use some work. When you go on POV. You can barely see the girl while riding her or your own transformation. Maybe a second mirror can help on the left.

A perfect scene, but in some frames the head animation should be smoother (the POV almost leaves the head in those)

This was a fun experience, nicely done.
Do leave a note about the wall being a mirror, or else people who disable that for FPS reasons will miss it.
