Texture fixes: Fingers, elbows

Some of the errors I left in this texture were just too bad, and I had to fix 'em. (The others are still too much work to redo from scratch, for now at least.) Her cuticles issue and elbow coloring are no longer, hopefully, the worst things about this skin.
